I had a great experience with this oral surgery office. I came for an extraction & Dr. Daniel was very nice and took the time to explain how the extraction would go and what to expect afterward, which really helped ease my nerves. He also provided clear aftercare instructions and even gave me a bag with an ice pack and a number to text if I needed any communication with the office.
Carlos and Mimi, the assistants, were also very helpful. They made everything easy to understand, clearly explained what was happening during the visit, and gave me clear guidance on what to do during the procedure. They answered all of my questions without rushing me and made me feel comfortable the entire time.
Overall, the experience was great & efficient. I felt welcomed, well taken care of, and informed throughout the whole process.
